Con Moriarty has been guiding and climbing on the McGillycuddy Reeks and throughout Kerry and exploring the wildest corners of the Atlantic Seaboard of Ireland for over three decades. In this time, Con has shared in countless incredible adventures that have resulted in many valued friendships - and many extraordinary expressions of satisfaction from his discerning guests.

Respect for the deeply personal nature of these experiences have led to a reluctance to share these in ways typical in today’s marketing. Nevertheless, we present here a mere sample of correspondence received of experiences shared in recent times.

Con Moriarty is a gifted and resonant leader. He guided six of us to the summit of Corran Tuathail and his integrated knowledge base of this beautiful geography from historical, anthropological, cultural, and spiritual perspectives both informed and inspired; but his tacit knowledge of every footfall lends itself to ineffable experiencing of one of the most extraordinary landscapes in Ireland. He led us over the terrain along paths less travelled and seemed to know how to support and encourage each individual with fine-tuned accuracy. It was terribly hard to leave but even days later the experience of this day continued to have a strong heart beat in all of us. If this man is leading you, you are in exceptional hands.

Good morning Con,
We are back to work and I feel the need to reach out to you and let you know how terrific this experience has been for me. This hike up Corrán Tuathail is really a metaphor for my life and the challenges that I have overcome. I think that anyone could use the same metaphor, but not everyone has the opportunity to take advantage of such a feat.
I am sure that you know (because I witnessed your passion), how wonderful a place Ireland is, and how incredibly blessed you are to have such great knowledge, access, and love for this great country. Because of you, Con, I am leaving Ireland with an understanding like I did not have before and an appreciation of life, it’s wonders and how beautiful a place our planet really is! Thank you for this amazing experience that I will keep with me for the rest of my life.
