| Eco-houses Residential - Eight residential homes built to the highest standards of sustainability are proposed for sale, providing the commercial driver for the wider elements of the Project. Staff Chalets/Pods A smaller block of pod-type self-contained units will provide limited staff accommodation for the project. It is envisaged that in excess of fifty people will work at the site, a blend of local and ‘outside’ professionals. Along with a strong local employment base but crucial to the nature of the project will be the part-time, but ongoing engagement of world class athletes and international practitioners in various fields of expertise. These will usually be available on a short term basis, requiring onsite accommodation. Guest Chalets/Pods A single block of pod-type accommodations will provide limited guest accommodation, catering specifically at activity participants on-site. |
